Remember, “Don’t sleep at the chair when you tired”.  Just go to bed and have some sleep.  This important probably because sleeping at chair can cause problems in health like back pain and many more.

When you feel sick:

Remember, “Don’t forget to take medicine”.  Life is more important.  Please do don’t disappointed your beloved one.

Embed Codes & Share Button on Youtube : An Invitation to Infringe on Copyrights?

    Have we ever thought when we took the video from Youtube, it is one action that will lead to infringement of copyright? Maybe you never thought about the implications towards copyright, which is very serious issue that have to concern about.  But, we do not have to worry if we use it in the right way.  Embed codes and “share” buttons are a fast and easy way to share and diffuse information.  Let say you have a favorite video on Youtube and you want to share it with all your friends on Facebook, you can just click on “Share – Facebook” and your video will automatically appear on your Facebook page. But, you may wonder, do these embed codes make copyright infringement easier?  If the video page permits embedding, does this give me the right to publish it anywhere I want? How do I know when not to embed without permission? Should a formal request for permission be used whenever I want to share someone else’s material? If I display an embed code on my blog or website, am I allowing my content and material to be spread everywhere?

     Apparently, there is no real law on embed codes and copyright as well does not apply. In fact, when you decide to share or embed something that isn’t yours, you are not copying it claiming that the material is yours, you are simply sharing it, providing a link to it and if you don’t copy, then you are not breaking copyright law. The content is never passed through your server, but streamed directly from the host site. Also, there is really no need for a formal permission request to the owner of the material, shall you wish to embed it, because the owner itself decides to make his material embeddable or non embeddable, he has a choice and if he doesn’t want to have his material shared, it won’t be happen. Most users actually prefer their material to be spread, so more people can get to experience it and know them (Isabella & Maya, 2010).


      So, in conclusion, what we can say that is share buttons and embed codes haven't really triggered web copyright issues, because they have just eased our way to communicate in an effortless and fast way.  Embed codes use is just to share material which is different form of copying something and claiming it one's own.  Even the Copyright Law has a lot of revising to concern these communications means, but ultimately embed codes and share buttons stay true to the prime philosophy of Internet and the web.  It simply to say diffusion of anything for anybody, without excessive limitations.

Understanding The Photo Value

Have u ever realize one photo can describe a thousand meaning?  What does it mean by "A picture is worth a thousand words"?  This was probably due to the facts that photo has light and color effects, the posture of person involve inside, their emotions, their body gesture, the face expression and many more.

According to Walter Benjamin, there is a little history of photo where it is "the phenomenon of photography" as still being "a great and mysterious experience"—even if, for them, this was no more than the consciousness of "standing before a device which in the briefest time could capture the visible environment in a picture that seemed as real and alive as nature itself."

            The purpose of the photo being taken is to create a memory about the place, or people and event involve.  Usually, the photo resemblance about thing related with the happiness.  It is rarely to hear people take photo while they are sad, unless the photo itself was taken by other people.  Same goes to the angry and other expression.

            In modern technology era, there’s lot of device to take picture.  One of the most nearer device with our daily life is hand phone or mobile phone.  This probably due to the facts that we bring it with us everywhere we go.  Other device could be camera, video camera, computer camera and not to forget MP5.

            The value of the photo or picture taken is for the future used which to be remember as a memory.  This can be seen through family picture and things that we go through in life.  Secondly, photo can also be used in education.  This can be seen through lecturer slide in class to attract the student.  Thirdly, photo value is to create good environment in our life, for example the picture of beautiful environment like waterfall being put in the house to create warm feelings.  Not only that, photo value also for history use liked what we seen now.  For instance, the picture of our former prime minister like Tunku Abdul Rahman.  Yet, photo also for media purpose like advertising purposes.  This can be seen through advertising like McDonald who show it burgers and price.

            Furthermore, photo value is to create joke like cartoon picture and many more.  Thus, it is also important to be proving for something that happen or in other words a witness.  For example, Tomlinson, a London guy being killed by a New Yorker picture that being taken.  This can be very important record for the police officer.  Last but not least, photo can be way to find money.  This can be seen through career like photographer where people get money just by taking picture.  Therefore, in this issue, photo has a lot of value depend on how people use it.  The understanding of photo is important in order to avoid misunderstanding about certain issue which can be seen in scandal or so on.  As a matter of conclusion, used photo sharing carefully and please don’t ever misuse the technology that we have but appreciate it.

Beware of Photo Sharing

It sounds good when we can share any photo that had been captured and share it to others by posting it or uploading it on the internet. However, we must be careful with what we must and must not share as it is related to our privacy where we might not want to get exposed by others to notice. It’s easier right? We must control our desire and not just simply reveal or expose our privacy to others especially to the person that we don’t know or recognize. My personal view is that when I was thinking of photo sharing, I will start to think about the bad side and the good side of it. Sharing is just like reflecting yourself to the whole world. Just imagine, if your personality in reality was a good girl when suddenly you share a picture that totally different with your personality will actually beyond your mind can make you yourself become the other side or it can be negative. I saw many people who share photo that can exposed them to danger or even can commit themselves to criminal. Take note that : "Bad News Travel Fast" Our action might being watched by others.


We are human being and we cant run away with gossip by others. Each and every step that we take will be watched by others. Watch out you step. Your image might be spoil with just a picture or photo that you share. 

From Manual to Digital

What is manual?  What is digital?

Before...when we still a little kid, when we didn't know how to used computer, if we want to share a picture or video, we have to do it manually with friends.  This means, by giving VCD, disk or if not using camera. Nowadays, we didn't again having problems on how to share pictures.  All we have to do is download Upload video or picture. Everything is so easy, due to the passage of technology increasingly sophisticated. Every day, when we open our eyes, the first thing we see is laptop. How easy having technology as all work can be done very fast. Similarly, the entertainment artist that we want to see also can be search, all at our fingertips, what we want all we can get easily, right? Yet, if we want to see the movie. All we need to do is buy dvd or vcd, download Stinky likes the Internet which is quickly and easily. 

Now if my colleagues and i want to have some discussion, all we need is to activate ourself in cyberspace via Yahoomail or any social networking site to 'chat'. Through that, we can do sharing pictures with friends. Very easy, ask first if you want pictures of your friends or close friends.  Just do the post.  'Photo Sharing', will appear quickly. Very effective right!

Once again, as we know Youtube is video sharing website that allow us to share original-created video with the people all around the world. http://www.youtube.com/t/about_youtube. Surprisingly, since Youtube was founded in February 2005, the number of the Youtube user is 90million each and every month plus 2.9 million of video view per month!

From Youtube also we can watch any movie  that people shared, just search any type of the movie you would like to watch. Either the movie is in Malay, English or others, there a lot of choices for you to choose and just simply click either one of it. Then you just can simply watch it or download it using the real player Application if you have the Application.

Before I discuss it further, we must know the definition of the downloading. Downloading is the transmission of a file from one computer system to another, usually smaller computer system. From the Internet user's point-of-view, to download a file is to request it from another computer (or from a Web page on another computer) and to receive it. http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/D/download.html

As a youtube user, have you download any movie or video through Youtube site? For sure, most of the answer is yes. Since we are born in the age of  technology, it is not surprising if many of us prefer to download any movie from the Youtube rather than buying the original disc that maybe cost a lot of money, specially the student. But have we though that our action may effect the film industry specially in Malaysia?

Without our conscious, our actions have caused loss to the Malaysian film industry because we not paying people work or idea with any reward or royalty. Thus, because of this reason Malaysian film industry can not be comparable with the other country film industry. Just because of  we do not appreciate the work and ideas of others, it make Malaysian one of the country that produce pirated material. and this action also violate state laws. Despite various of enforcement actions were taken, such as seizing and punishing those who sell pirated goods, but still  do not avail.

  

This not only caused losses to the film industry, but at the same time it cause the loss of the Cinema industry. Example, for those who stay at Kuching for sure you will know the Star Cineplex. If the pass, the star Cineplex is full with the audience but know the situation is different. What we can see, just few of the people will going to the cinema to watch the movie because most of them prefer to download the movie and simply watch it at home.

This scenario  totally different from 5 years before, where we still can see all the Cinema will full of crowd if there a new movie was screened. But now  just because of the technology  sophistication and downloading application, it rarely for us to watch the movie at the cinema.
